All Izabela Mandoiu orders are processed and shipped during business hours (Monday - Friday 11:00-19:00 EET).

When you place an order for one of the products ordered through the website, please check the delivery term mentioned on the product presentation page.

izabelamandoiu ro offers for sale products made according to the size guide presented on the website, available in the Collections category. If the customer orders a product made according to the standard size guide and which is in stock, its delivery takes place within a maximum of 3 working days. If the product has to be made, the duration depends on the number of orders in progress at the moment of the order being placed, without exceeding the deadline of 8 working days, but there will also be exceptions, moments in which each customer will be notified by phone or textually through the means of communication noted in the Contact column.

However, because we use handmade applications in limited series and handmade products with a long production time, the products presented on in the Demi-Couture category will be delivered to the customer within the limits of the available stock and in the order in which they have have been ordered, and the delivery period of 8 working days will be exceeded, you will receive a notification by phone or via email specifying the availability of the product, after which you will decide whether to keep the product until the stock is updated or to order another. The articles in category D demi-Couture require a production time (manufacturing or manual sewing) of several weeks. 13 BUSINESS PROJECTS SRL will not ship a product other than the one ordered.

Upon request, we can make the desired products according to the specifications presented by the consumer and/or clearly personalized, products that are manufactured individually for each customer and therefore are not in stock. Thus, the approximate delivery time is 5 - 10 working days from the moment of order confirmation. In exceptional cases, the duration can be extended up to a maximum of 45 days, the affected customers being notified in advance.

If one or more ordered products are not in stock, or the order includes 2 products from different categories, and the delivery time of one of them exceeds 8 working days, the customer will be notified in advance by phone or e-mail to determine if partial sending of the order is desired or if all products are expected to be available.

Products made to order, according to the customer's dimensions, cannot be returned, unless they have manufacturing defects. Also, if an advance payment was made for the production of the product, it will not be refundable, if the supplier has already started to make the product.

If the payment is made in advance, and the selected products are no longer available or can no longer be made, the customer will have the right to receive back the money paid for the respective products. In all cases where the products cannot be delivered, the customer will only be able to request the immediate return of the amounts already collected by 5 ANA CONCEPT DESIGNS SRL, but not other compensations.

The products participating in the promotions are delivered within the limit of the existing stock, without the possibility of updating it.

The ordered products are delivered throughout the country by a specialized courier company. In the case of delivery by the courier company, your order will be delivered to the address indicated by you, in the time interval established by mutual agreement with the courier. The products are in the original packaging and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery.

Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the availability of the tax invoice. Without exception, this document is inside the package.

DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS delivers nationally and internationally through partner courier companies.

  • International delivery in all countries within the European Union.

Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:00 to the address mentioned in the order. At the customer's request, orders can also be delivered on Saturday, until 2:00 p.m. Weekends and legal holidays are not considered working days.


The prices displayed on the website do not include courier delivery fees. Changing the destination influences the price of the products and the related delivery fees.

The standard courier delivery fee depends directly on the delivery address:

  • national delivery - 20 ron
  • delivery in Bucharest - 15 ron
  • international delivery in the EU - 125 ron (with prior confirmation)
  • international delivery in the USA & Canada - 150 ron (with prior confirmation)
  • international delivery outside the EU - 190 ron (with prior confirmation)
  • International delivery within the European Union - prices include VAT and other taxes (DDP regime - delivery duty paid).
  • International delivery outside the European Union - prices do not include VAT, customs duties and other specific taxes (DDU regime - delivery duty unpaid). The fees specific to each destination will be calculated and invoiced separately by the courier company and will be borne by the consumer



Parcels are handed over based on signature or delivery pin code, by the representative of the courier company.

Please refuse the package if it is damaged.

We ask that upon receiving the package, check the products and, in case there are inconsistencies compared to the initial order and/or the products have manufacturing defects, let us know immediately.


During the delivery time, factors can intervene that can cause delays, independent of our will or that of the courier company, such as: unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or road blocks. In all these cases, a representative will inform you and communicate a new date regarding the delivery.


The description and presentation photos of the products are informative and may contain accessories not included in the price. Also, the color of the products may differ significantly from the actual color, depending on the properties of the monitor used.



The prices are established when the products are displayed on the website and may change if the discount policy is applied. All prices are expressed in lei and include VAT (19%).

The price shown on the invoice will be the same as the one shown on the website at the time of the operation, to which the delivery costs are added.

We reserve the right to change prices over time.


Payment for services according to these Terms and Conditions can be made online, with the card, cash on delivery of the products or by bank transfer based on the issued invoice.

Payment can be made by credit/debit card or installment card.

According to the Emergency Ordinance 34/2014 regarding the rights of consumers: "The consumer has the right to notify the merchant in writing that he gives up the purchase, without penalties and without citing a reason, within 14 calendar days from receiving the product" .

Please keep in mind that most of the products presented on are manufactured based on the order and according to the mentioned specifications - color, size, etc. We guarantee the quality of the manufactured products. If the products are made according to the customer's dimensions and are customized according to the customer's specifications (modifications of the product that differ from the model presented on the website and include pattern changes) - they cannot be returned.

According to GEO 130/2000 art. 10 lit. c) - "The consumer cannot unilaterally denounce the following types of contracts [...] c) contracts for the supply of products executed according to the consumer's specifications or of distinctly personalized products [...]."

According to GEO 34/2014 art. 16 letter c) - "The following are exempted from the right of withdrawal provided for in art. 9-15 with regard to distance contracts and contracts outside commercial premises: [...] c) supply of products made according to the specifications presented by consumer or clearly personalized [...]."

Also, the products collected from our headquarters, according to law no. 51 of January 21, 2003, is not considered distance trade and therefore cannot be returned.


  • You must notify us by e-mail or telephone within the first 14 days of receiving the order which products you wish to return.
  • The products can be returned only if they are in their original condition, show no damage due to use, if they are accompanied by the original packaging, as well as the documents received in the box. The returned products must be new, unused, unwashed, without signs of physical wear or damage.

All return charges are borne and paid in full, in advance, by you.

We will notify you as soon as your return has been received at the factory and checked for compliance with the return conditions. We reserve the right to accept or refuse your return only after the products have been checked for compliance with the return conditions below.

  • If the products are not returned within 5-7 days from the confirmation of the return by email, they are damaged, the return has an uncertain/unidentifiable sender, we reserve the right to refuse the return and/or to send back the products at your expense.
  • If the products are returned with missing/damaged labels, we reserve the right to withhold the amount due to the depreciation of the products, which will be explicitly communicated to you by email, or to send the products back to you, at your expense.
  • If the return is refused and we will send the products back to you, and the package is refused by you, we reserve the right to retain all the amounts paid.
  • If the return is resolved with an exchange, the new product will be shipped within a maximum of 5-7 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned product.
  • If the return is settled with the restitution of the value of the product from which the value of the round-trip transport is deducted, this will be done within 2-4 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned product. (it is possible to overlap with days with errors in the banking system)

NOTE: We do not accept cash on delivery packages. We do not accept packages whose sender cannot be identified. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages in transit. We do not pick up parcels from Posta Romana or any other post office.

 NOTE: Repeated return requests by the same customer can be considered abuse.

Considering that we want you to be fully satisfied with Izabela Mandoiu products, we assure you that we will do our best to resolve your return request.

Money back within 2-4 working days from receipt and verification of the returned product. (it is possible to overlap with days with errors in the banking system)

If the return is resolved by returning the value of the product / exchanging it with existing products in stock, the following fees will not be refunded - standard or express delivery fee (including in the case of promotions related to the delivery fee), customs fees, bank commissions, exchange rate differences in the case of payments in EUR, other specific taxes as the case may be.

In the case of international deliveries outside the EU, the fees specific to each destination invoiced separately by the courier company will not be refunded.

The refund of the product's value, with the exception of the taxes that are withheld, will be made by bank transfer to the account from which the payment was made, within 2-4 working days from the receipt and verification of the returned product . We will notify you by email as soon as the product refund has been processed.


The satisfaction of each customer is a priority responsibility for us and that is why we invest all our resources to offer you the best quality when you purchase one of our products. We assure you that all Izabela Mandoiu products are thoroughly checked before delivery, so that they meet the most demanding quality and compliance procedures.

However, in case of reporting major manufacturing defects, please notify us immediately and by default the products will be returned. In this situation, you can choose either to replace the products or to refund the value of the products, in which case we cover the round-trip shipping.

Any notification regarding the existence of manufacturing defects after a period longer than 3 days from the receipt of the products is considered expired.


If it is your first order on and if you have not tried our products, the product that does not fit you in size can be replaced with an identical product, the same model and the same details, an extra size or in the minus. In this situation, the refund of the product value does not apply. The return for the replacement of the size is accepted only once and for a single product, and must be notified within 3 days of receiving the product.

Any notification regarding the inappropriate size after a period longer than 3 days from the receipt of the products is considered expired.

However, in certain situations, we reserve the right to refuse the replacement of products that do not match in size, according to GEO 130/2000 art. 10 lit. c) and/or GEO 34/2014 art. 16 lit. c).

Returns for the wrong size do not apply to products purchased during promotions / products received as gifts.

The products sold on, before being packaged, go through a technical quality control. This fact eliminates the possibility of defective products being delivered. The products are properly packed in special boxes. Each fiscal invoice will include the declaration of conformity and the guarantee certificate of the products.

Product conformity – products are considered to be in conformity if:

  • they correspond to the description made by the seller and have the same qualities as the products that the seller presented on as models;
  • correspond to any specific purpose requested by the consumer, purpose made known to the seller and accepted by him when purchasing the product;
  • correspond to the purposes for which products of the same type are normally used;
  • being of the same type, it presents quality parameters and normal performances, which the consumer can reasonably expect, given the nature of the product and the public statements regarding its concrete characteristics, made by the seller, the manufacturer, especially through advertising or registration on the product label.

It is not considered to be a lack of conformity if, at the time of the act of sale, the consumer knew or was not aware of this lack of conformity.

Instructions for maintenance / use / storage of textiles. Warranty certificate

Please keep the tax invoice and the confirmation received by email from the electronic payment service, in the case of payment by card or bank transfer, respectively the receipt received from the courier in the case of cash on delivery payment, in order to be able to prove the date of purchase of the product, in case of any quality complaints that can be addressed to the store. The guarantee certificate provides customers with all the rights granted to consumers by the legislation in force (Law no. 449/2003, OG no. 21/1992, etc.).

The warranty period offered by 13 BUSINESS PROJECTS SRL to its customers for textile garments is 30 days from the date of purchase of the product, for deficiencies not attributable to the consumer. The warranty covers the lack of conformity existing at the time of purchase of the product, normal wear and tear of the product not being covered. The guarantee offered does not affect the rights granted to the consumer by the legislation in force.

13 BUSINESS PROJECTS SRL offers ways to ensure the guarantee, depending on the deficiency, the repair of the product, its replacement or the restitution of the product's value, under the conditions of the legislation in force. The remedial measure can be established by joint negotiation.

In order to grant the guarantee, it is necessary to observe the following maintenance / use / storage instructions for textile garments:

Maintenance : Do not remove the fabric label with the maintenance instructions from the product throughout the life of the product. To avoid product degradation, to ensure a long period of product use and to maintain the aesthetic appearance as much as possible, strictly follow the product maintenance instructions regarding the following operations: washing, bleaching, drying, ironing and professional maintenance. If one of the maintenance operations is prohibited, its application may damage the product. Before applying any kind of cleaning or bleaching product, it is very important to carefully read and follow the instructions for use recommended by their manufacturers.

Use : As the products are made of textile materials, avoid contact with open flame, contact with sharp or cutting objects, proximity to a strong heat source.

Storage : Products made of colored materials are kept in places away from direct sunlight; also, the drying of textiles is not carried out over several days under the sun's rays.
