TERMS OF DELIVERY :
We deliver nationally and internationally through fast courier companies: DHL, Cargus, Fan Courier and DPD.
We do our best to always deliver an item in stock within 24-48 hours and everything we make to order within 7-10 working days .
The large number of orders sometimes leads us to exceed these deadlines.
This is due to the fact that we work with the utmost attention to the details of your items, then each product is ironed before packaging, then carefully folded and placed in the box for delivery.
- International delivery in all countries within the European Union.
- International delivery outside the European Union: United States of America, Asia, Africa, Australia, other countries outside the European Union.

Our products are delivered directly to your home.
You will be notified by e-mail of the delivery of the ordered products.

- we collaborate with several courier companies, so that we can offer you the best price for the shipping fee
- the products will be delivered in the original packaging izabelamandoiu.ro. If you notice irregularities regarding the appearance of the parcel received upon delivery, please contact us immediately.
SHIPPING RATES:
The products on izabelamandoiu.ro do not have the delivery fee included in the price. After you add the products to the shopping cart, on the MY CART page you will have the delivery charge for the order.
The delivery cost in Romania of orders with a value greater than 1000 lei placed on izabelamandoiu.ro is FREE.
For orders below this value, the delivery fee is 20 lei , VAT included - nationally and 15 lei, VAT included in Bucharest, regardless of the payment method chosen.
For international delivery, the rates differ depending on the chosen country.
The standard courier delivery fee depends directly on the delivery address:
- international delivery in the EU - 125 ron (with prior confirmation)
- international delivery in the USA & Canada - 150 ron (with prior confirmation)
- international delivery outside the EU - 190 ron (with prior confirmation)
- International delivery within the European Union - prices include VAT and other taxes (DDP regime - delivery duty paid).
- International delivery outside the European Union - prices do not include VAT, customs duties and other specific taxes (DDU regime - delivery duty unpaid). The fees specific to each destination will be calculated and invoiced separately by the courier company and will be borne by the customer.
DELIVERY DATE :
All Izabela Mandoiu orders are processed 7 days a week and shipped during business hours (Monday - Friday 11:00 - 19:00; excluding bank holidays).
When you place an order for one of the products ordered through the website, please check the delivery term mentioned on the product presentation page.
izabelamandoiu.ro offers for sale products made according to the size guide presented on the website, available in the category Collections . If the customer orders a product made according to the standard size guide and which is in stock, its delivery takes place within a maximum of 3 working days. If the product has to be made, the duration depends on the number of orders in progress at the time of the order launch, without exceeding the deadline of 8 working days - there will also be exceptions, moments in which each customer will be notified by phone or textually through the means of communication noted in the Contact column.
However, because we use hand-made applications in limited series and hand-made products with a long production time, the products presented on izabelamandoiu.ro in the category Demi-Couture , will be delivered to the customer within the limits of the available stock and in the order in which they were ordered, and the delivery term of 8 working days will be exceeded, you will receive a notification by phone or via email in which will specify the availability of the product, and it will be up to you to decide whether to keep the product until the stock is updated or to order another one. The articles in category D demi-Couture require a production time (manufacturing or manual sewing) of several weeks. 5 ANA CONCEPT DESIGNS SRL will not ship a product other than the one ordered.
Upon request, we can make the desired products according to the specifications presented by the consumer and/or clearly personalized, products that are manufactured individually for each customer and therefore are not in stock. Thus, the approximate delivery time is 5 - 10 working days from the moment of order confirmation. In exceptional cases, the duration can be extended up to a maximum of 45 days, the affected customers being notified in advance.
If one or more ordered products are not in stock, or the order includes 2 products from different categories, and the delivery time of one of them exceeds 8 working days, the customer will be notified in advance by phone or e-mail to determine if partial sending of the order is desired or if all products are expected to be available.
In the case of delivery by the courier company, your order will be delivered to the address indicated by you, in the time interval established by mutual agreement with the courier. The products are in the original packaging and are insured throughout the transport, until delivery.
Upon receipt of the parcel, please check the integrity of the packaging, as well as the availability of the tax invoice. Without exception, this document is inside the package.
RECEIVING THE PARCEL
Parcels are handed over based on signature or delivery pin code, by the representative of the courier company.
Please refuse the parcel if it is damaged.
We ask that upon receiving the package, check the products and, in case there are inconsistencies compared to the initial order and/or the products have manufacturing defects, let us know immediately.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
During the delivery time, factors can intervene that can cause delays, independent of our will or that of the courier company, such as: unfavorable weather conditions, accidents or road blocks. In all these cases, a representative will inform you and communicate a new date regarding the delivery.
DELIVERY SCHEDULE
Orders are delivered by courier from Monday to Friday between 9:00 - 17:00 to the address mentioned in the order. At the customer's request, orders can be delivered on Saturdays, until 2:00 p.m. Weekends and legal holidays are not considered working days.
