HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?
Because each customer is different, we have several ways for each one to place an order with products from izabelamandoiu.ro
We invite you to access the products presented on the website to choose what interests you. You will notice that for certain products where you need to choose a certain size, you have a Size Guide that you can use.
1. BY ORDERING DIRECTLY FROM THE WEBSITE
- To place an order on izabelamandoiu.ro, we invite you to look at the offers on the website.
- After you have identified the desired product, please read the information to its right. There you will find information about the completion time (if it is different from the standard period of a maximum of 5-7 working days) and other details about the product.
- To choose the size that suits you, you can opt for the standard sizes (34, 36, 38, 40, etc.) tailored according to the standard dimensions or TAILOR-MADE , after which we tailor the product according to your dimensions. This does not involve additional costs if the creation of the product initially presented on the website does not involve changes to the basic pattern or other changes to the product. If you opted for TAILOR-MADE , please enter your measurements in the comments section or send them to us by e-mail at atelier@izabelamandoiu.com.
- After selecting the size, press the button to the right of the picture ADD TO BASKET .
- In the MY BASKET you can see all the products added to an order and when you finish shopping, after calculating the delivery costs, you have to press the button ON COMPLETION OF THE ORDER.
- Then specify the delivery and invoicing dates and payment methods.
- At the end, check the completed data and press the button PLACE THE ORDER . You will immediately receive an email confirming the order placed, and you will be contacted within 24 hours by an izabelamandoiu.ro consultant.
2. BY PHONE.
We are waiting for you every day from Monday to Friday between 10:00 and 18:00 on the phone +40 723 696 399, to place an order or for any other question.
Also on this number you have the option to place the order through the WHATSAPP application.
3. THROUGH A MESSAGE SENT TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS:
atelier@izabelamandoiu.com, which will contain your delivery and invoicing data and the desired products.We are waiting for your messages for orders or for any other questions.
We undertake to answer you within a maximum of 24 hours during the week and 48 hours during the weekend.
HOW TO PAY FOR AN ORDER:
To make your shopping more pleasant and easier, we offer you three payment methods to choose from:
- Cash on delivery. You will be able to make the payment when the courier delivers the order.

After you have registered as a user, you must choose your favorite product or products and add them to the Shopping Cart. After you are sure that you have added the selected products (please check the sizes and colors you want), you must press the Order button.
After pressing this button, a summary of your order will automatically be loaded. This summary will also be sent automatically to the e-mail address you left at registration and which we communicate with you (if you change your e-mail address, it is very important to transfer the new one to your account as well ).
Before completing the order, fill in the invoicing data, select the transport method, the payment method, check that you agree with the data protection and the terms and conditions on the website.
